Vanish is designed to collect as little information as possible. When you create an account, we collect only your chosen username and a hashed version of your password. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address, government-issued ID, or any other personally identifiable information.

When you use our platform, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns solely for security and fraud prevention purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.

The limited information we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Vanish platform. Specifically:

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session • To process cryptocurrency deposits and card transactions • To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity • To communicate with you regarding your account if you contact us

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, nor do we sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Vanish processes cryptocurrency deposits to fund your virtual card. Transaction details including wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps are stored to maintain accurate account balances and provide transaction history. This data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for financial record-keeping.

Blockchain transactions are inherently public. While we take steps to protect your privacy, the nature of public blockchains means that transaction data may be visible on the blockchain itself.

Your account data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We implement rate limiting, secure session management, and other technical measures to protect your account.

Your recovery seed phrase is generated client-side and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We cannot recover your account if you lose your seed phrase.

Vanish uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking technologies.

Vanish uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Payment processors for cryptocurrency deposits • Card issuing infrastructure for virtual card creation • Cloud hosting providers for platform infrastructure

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are only provided the minimum information necessary to perform their functions.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate fraud prevention purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, there is little to access or correct. To request account deletion or data access, contact us at team@vanish.finance.

Due to the anonymous nature of our platform, we may require you to verify ownership of your account before processing any data requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of Vanish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
