Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vanish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users of the Vanish platform including the website, web application, and any related services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vanish. By using our platform you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Vanish is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the use of virtual cards or cryptocurrency services is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Vanish complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To use Vanish you must create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must keep your recovery seed phrase in a safe place. Vanish cannot recover your account if you lose your seed phrase. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Vanish only for lawful purposes. You may not use Vanish to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Fund or facilitate illegal activities • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing • Circumvent sanctions or export controls • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the operation of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Vanish provides virtual Visa cards for legitimate spending purposes. Cards are issued subject to availability and the terms of our card issuing partners. We reserve the right to decline card issuance or terminate cards at our discretion.

Card spending limits, fees, and features are subject to change. Current limits and fees are available on our platform and documentation.

Vanish accepts cryptocurrency deposits to fund your virtual card. Deposits are subject to a 1.5% fee. Exchange rates are determined at the time of deposit conversion.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Vanish is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to user error. Always verify deposit addresses before sending funds.

Current fees are:

• Deposit fee: 1.5% of deposit amount • Wallet withdrawal fee: 5% plus $5 network fee • Card issuance: no fee • Monthly/annual fee: none • Foreign exchange fee: none

We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice to users.

Vanish is not available to users in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region. By using Vanish you represent that you are not located in, a citizen of, or resident of any such jurisdiction.

Vanish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanish and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your remaining wallet balance will be returned to you less any applicable fees, subject to our ability to verify your identity and comply with applicable laws.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of Vanish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
